Mohammed Issa AlSuweidiMohammed Issa Al Suweidi is the Senior Partner at Baitulhikma Law Firm. He is a UAE-qualified attorney with more than 30 years’ worth of experience in the UAE and has rights of audience before all local and federal courts of the UAE.
Mohammed specializes in general corporate and commercial matters and holds a master’s degree in Commercial Law from Cardiff University. Prior to private practice, Mohammed served as the Labor and Social Affairs Undersecretary for the Federal government of the UAE for more than 15 years.
He is fluent in both English and Arabic.

sabu damodaranSabu Damodaran is a senior legal advisor at Baitulhikma Law Firm’s Abu Dhabi office.
He is an Indian-qualified attorney with more than 15 years’ worth of experience in corporate and commercial matters in both India and the UAE. He specializes in general corporate matters including company formation, minority shareholder protections and shareholders agreements.
He is fluent in Malayalam, Hindi and English.

tahir al tahirTahir Al Tahir is a senior legal advisor at Baitulhikma Law Firm’s Abu Dhabi office.
He is a Syrian and Egyptian qualified attorney with over 15 years’ worth of experience of general corporate matters. Tahir is the firm’s real estate specialist; with particular expertise in commercial and residential rent dispute matters in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Tahir is fluent in English and Arabic.

mohammed ayyadMohammed Ayyad is primarily responsible for drafting the pleadings before the Abu Dhabi Courts.
Mohammed read law at Ain Tanta University, Egypt and obtained a bachelor’s degree in law in 2006. Prior to joining Baitulhikma Law Firm, he was self-employed as a lawyer and legal advisor in Egypt.

wael gaberWael Gaber is the head of the civil litigation division at Baitulhikma Law Firm’s Dubai office. He is an Egyptian qualified attorney that has more than 18 years’ worth of experience covering most areas of law, where his focus is on banking and corporate-commercial litigation.
Wael read law at Mansoura University in Egypt, where he was given a bachelor degree in law in 1996. Subsequent to that, Wael was admitted to the Egyptian Bar, with the right of audience before all courts of law in Egypt. Prior to joining Baitulhikma Law Firm, Wael managed his own practice, advising on a wide variety of corporate matters, while concurrently being employed as an arbitration counsel at the Egyptian Association for International Arbitration.
Wael is fluent in Arabic and has a working knowledge of English.

ahmed hassaninAhmed Hassanin is the head of the execution division at Baitulhikma Law Firm’s Dubai Office. He is primarily responsible for the handling of all execution matters before the Dubai Execution Courts – an area of particular expertise for the firm. In addition to this, he is responsible for overseeing the sale of mortgaged properties through the specialised mortgage procedures in the Emirates of Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.
Ahmed read law at Ain Shams University in Egypt and obtained a bachelor’s degree in law in 1998. Prior to joining Baitulhikma Law Firm, he was employed as an advocate and legal advisor at some of the most reputable law firms and corporates in Egypt and the UAE.
Ahmed is fluent in Arabic and has a working knowledge of English.

mohammed fathiMohammed Fathi is the head of the mortgage sales & precautionary attachment department at Baitulhikma law Firm’s Dubai office. He has more than seven years of experience in the UAE and extensive knowledge in the precautionary attachment and the sales of mortgaged cars and is widely recognized as the leader of his field.
Prior to joining Baitulhikma, Mohammed was employed for two years with a leading real estate company in the UAE.
He is fluent in Arabic.
